Inspirasi Story - One day, a married couple who had been together for many years decided to sail to a small island for a vacation. They rented a small boat and enjoyed the calm sea view. The sky clear, the wind was gentle, and seagulls flew overhead. Everything felt perfect.

But as evening approached, the weather changed drastically. The sky darkened, storm clouds rolled in, and strong winds began to better their boat. Huge waves crashed against the sides of the vessel. The wife began to panic—her face pale, her eyes filled with fear.

“Are we going to sink? Will we survive?” she asked with a trembling voice.

But the husband sat calmly, holding the steering wheel stadily. His face showed no fear at all.

“Aren’t you afraid?” his wife asked, almost in tears.

He turned to her and smiled, “No, I’m not afraid. Because I know that Allah love us. This Storm may be strong, but His mercy is far greater.”

“But what if the boat breaks apart?” she pressed.

The husband then took a small knife from his pocket and pointed it toward her chest –not with the intent to harm, but as a demonstration. The wife was startled, but she didn’t flinch.

“Aren’t you afraid I’ll hurt you?” he asked seriously.

She shook her head. “No, because I know you love me.”

“Exactly,” he replied as he put the knife away. “And I feel the same way about Allah. I’m not afraid of this sorm, because I know He loves me. And if this part of His plan, then I trust that it is for the best.”

The wife looked down, tears of realization gently falling from her eyes. She felt peace slowly filling her heart. In the midst of the roaring storm, she learned that faith doesn’t mean a life without trials –it means trusting that every trial is a sign of His love.

That night, the sorm passed. Their boat survived and they reached the island safety. But more than that, the wife returned home with a heart transformed –with a faith stronger than ever before.
