Ustad Adi Hidayat said that anyone who fasts from dawn to dusk,
They fast because of their faith in Allah,
They refrain from eating and drinking for the sake of Allah,
They refrain from worldly desires and passions for the sake of Allah,
They obey Allah,
They hope for reward and reflect on themselves,
and ask for forgiveness from Allah.
غُفِرَ لَهُ مَا تَقَدَّمَ مِنْ ذَنْبِهِ
All the sins they have committed throughout their lives will be forgiven.
