Inspirasi Story - Ibnu Sina once suggested a powerful idea: your mind can command your body to become sick, to heal, or even to fall in love. This idea can be found in his major works, The Canon of Medicine (Al-Qanun fi al-Tibb) and Kitab al-Nafs in Al-Shifa’, where he explained how imagination and emotions influence physical health. So the question is — who is the real boss?

When you tell yourself, “I will fail,” your body reacts. Your heart beats faster. Your confidence drops. Your body prepares for failure. Thoughts are not just feelings — they are instructions.

The mind does more than move our hands or feet. It shapes our health, our emotions, and even the atmosphere around us. Negativity spreads. Calmness spreads. What we think influences not only ourselves, but others too.

We also have an inner faculty that stores memories, creates imagination, and filters experiences. It shapes our character. That is why excessive attachment or uncontrolled emotions can disturb our balance.

So again, who is in control? If our thoughts can weaken or strengthen us, then we must train them. Guard your mind. Discipline your thoughts. Because your mind can either be your greatest ally — or your greatest enemy.
